Issue: When attempting to integrate the UserWay Accessibility Monitor with Jira, a warning is displayed indicating that no projects were found:
(0 Project found! Which JIRA project would you like to connect?)
Cause: This issue arises when the user credentials entered during the preceding configuration step lack the necessary permissions to access any projects.
Resolution: To address this, it is highly recommended to engage the Jira administrator and request the addition of the required access privileges for the ‘scanner-jira’ integration account. These privileges should be added specifically for the Jira project(s) in question.
